I had been wearing my hair natural 1 year & a half when I started binge watching YouTube videos on how to take care of afro natural hair. Having my hair relaxed for so many years before becoming natural, I was then lost about how to take care of them. Living in Switzerland/Europe (Where the African community is very small), I had very little access to natural beauty products and hair salons. Hardly could I see around me women of color with natural hair. I was at that time looking for any information/ event/ training I could attend so I would be able to take care of my hair.
